Returning to the community after incarceration can be challenging. Clallam County’s Reentry Program helps individuals successfully transition from incarceration to community living by connecting them with the resources, support, and services needed to build stable, healthy lives.
Peninsula Behavioral Health’s team works closely with participants before and after release to address barriers such as:
- Behavioral health treatment
- Substance use disorder services
- Housing
- Employment
- Healthcare
- Benefits enrollment
- Transportation
- Community support networks
Through compassionate, person-centered support, we help individuals reduce recidivism, strengthen recovery, and successfully reintegrate into the community.
