Facilities at Peninsula Behavioral Health

Port Angeles Main Office

118 E 8th St, Port Angeles

Peninsula Behavioral Health has grown from a staff of seven founding employees in 1971 to over 150+ today. We have expanded our campus to include three offices: the Horizon Center day-use facility, the Crisis Respite Center, and three additional adult transition homes.
This 8th Street location serves as the main hub of our agency (pictured here). The office is over 26,000 square feet and includes more than 60 offices and conference rooms and a large multipurpose room with a kitchen.

Transitional Supportive Housing

PBH has four Transitional Supportive Living Homes with partial supervision. Three of the homes are located in Port Angeles and the newest opened in Sequim in October 2024. Clients residing in these homes receive the necessary assistance to promote and maintain independent living in the community.

Permanent Supportive Housing

PBH’s Dawn View Court is a 26-unit Permanent Supportive Housing facility for low-income individuals and families. Amenities include high-efficiency heat pumps, kitchens with energy-efficient ranges and refrigerators.
PBH hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on a second Permanent Supportive Housing facility in December 2024. The new project, named North View, is a new construction 36-unit facility with an estimated completion date of early 2026.
